2. Products and Pricing
Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice
.Pricing: Prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.
Bulk/Trade Pricing: Trade account pricing is confidential and applicable only to approved trade customers.
3. Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via:Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) via our secure payment gateway.EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Proof of payment must be sent to sales@sellersplug.com. Stock will only be released once funds reflect in our account.Card Payment on Collection (No Cash Accepted at Warehouse).
Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled by the customer prior to dispatch/collection preparation. Once an order is processed or dispatched, it will be subject to our Return Policy.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas:
We deliver primarily to Gauteng and surrounding areas, including Johannesburg South, Alberton, Soweto, Sandton, and Pretoria.
Delivery Fees:
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and delivery distance of your order.
Delivery Times:
Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier shortages, strikes) will be communicated promptly.
Site Access:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery site is accessible for large delivery vehicles. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Inspection:
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery. Any shortages or damages must be noted on the delivery note immediately.
Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled by the customer prior to dispatch/collection preparation. Once an order is processed or dispatched, it will be subject to our Return Policy.
5. Return and Refund Policy (Google Merchant Center Compliant)
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer returns under the following conditions:
Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery or collection to request a return.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:Unused and in the same condition that you received it.In the original packaging (full boxes for tiles/flooring).accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Cement and aggregates (due to moisture sensitivity).Special order items or custom-mixed paints.Used or installed goods.
Restocking Fee:
A handling/restocking fee of 10% - 15%
may apply to returns of non-defective items to cover administrative and warehouse costs.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
6. Collection Policy (Click & Collect)
Orders placed for "Collection" must be picked up from our warehouse at
74 Side Road, West Turffontein. Please bring your order confirmation number and a valid ID.Orders not collected within 14 days
may be cancelled and refunded, subject to a storage/admin fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sellersplug shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions generally are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your agreement to the new terms.
