Upgrade your driveway, walkway, or commercial parking area with our Premium Black Interlocking Paving Bricks (Sold by the Full Pallet). Designed for maximum structural integrity, the unique zig-zag shape of these concrete pavers allows them to lock tightly together, distributing weight evenly and preventing surface movement even under heavy vehicle traffic. The striking black finish provides a sleek, modern aesthetic that looks fantastic on its own or used as a bold contrasting border against lighter paving stones.
Why Choose Our Interlocking Paving Pallets?
Bulk Value: Sold exclusively by the full pallet to ensure you get the most cost-effective wholesale pricing for your landscaping or civil project.
Heavy-Duty Strength: Engineered from high-density concrete to withstand the weight of cars, trucks, and high foot traffic without cracking.
Non-Slip Surface: The slightly textured finish provides excellent grip in wet conditions.
Interlocking Design: The dentated (zig-zag) edges prevent the bricks from separating over time, ensuring a long-lasting, flat surface.
Versatile Aesthetics: The deep black color is perfect for modern driveways, striking edge trims, or industrial yards.
Important Delivery Information: A full pallet of concrete paving bricks is exceptionally heavy. Delivery is strictly handled by Mikeson Logistics via our automated heavy-truck delivery rates. Please ensure your site has clear, sturdy access for a flatbed truck to safely offload your materials!
How many interlocking paving bricks are on a pallet, and what is the coverage? Note to Mikeson: Verify with your specific supplier, but in South Africa, a standard pallet of interlocking pavers usually contains 500 bricks. Since you generally need about 50 interlocking bricks per square meter, one pallet will cover roughly 10 square meters.
Why choose interlocking pavers over standard rectangular paving bricks? Standard rectangular blocks (beveled pavers) are great for pedestrian walkways, but interlocking pavers are structurally superior for driveways and roads. Because they lock together on all four sides, turning tires and heavy braking will not cause the bricks to shift out of place.
Can these be laid directly on soil? No. For a durable, long-lasting paved area, you must prepare a proper base. This usually involves leveling the ground, compacting a layer of base course (like G5 crusher run), and laying down a screeded layer of river sand before placing the bricks.
